Maintenance
The Practeos platform provides a set of tools to support the maintenance processes.
Practeos allows to track maintenance related defects and actions, support loss elimination and strengthen autonomous maintenance, in accordance with the principles of TPM ™. When operators becomes increasingly autonomous in solving problems, maintenance personnel can concentrate on high-value service (for example preventive and predictive maintenance).
The platform can operate in conjunction with a conventional CMMS tool, in a connected way. Thus any anomaly, identified as relating to maintenance, can automatically create the corresponding ticket in the CMMS tool. The connection can be bi-directionnal, so that the anomaly will also be automatically closed when the corresponding ticket is closed in the CMMS.
